 Amidst the grief of the Jos building collapse, another residential building is said to have collapsed in the Early hours of Saturday, 13th July, 2024. The building was said to be formerly a hotel before it was later converted to a residential house. Number of victims hasn't been recorded but a tenant who escaped from the building before it went down reportedly told the crowd that she was outside when she heard a crack and ran for safety but before she could alert the other occupants, the building went down.

 A school two storey building is said to have collapsed yesterday in Jos, plateau State of Nigeria.  This event occurred in the afternoon hours of Friday 12th July, 2024. The school children were said to have been taking their exams when this ugly incident occurred. This news got to parents and it is confirmed that a couple whose four children were victims of this tragedy couldn't bear the pain and agony and both gave up the ghost shortly after their children were confirmed dead.
